Depending on the size of your office environment, if you have an extra room or space available, why not dedicate it to a café, a fitness studio, or a designated area? These large extras would be much appreciated by employees if you have the facilities to install them.
A café within the office would reduce the time spent traveling or venturing out to get food during breaks, and also provide a quick escape from the office if there is a seating area available.
